This Is Fort Holmes?

A while back, I had a dream that Ma and I went on a trip to Fort Holmes only it was filled with people like an amphitheater and I was walking around on some sort of stone fountain dripping water under an overcast sky. Trying hard not to lose my balance.

Luca In Love

I think it was the day before yesterday or the day before that, I had a vague dream that Ray Luca (Anthony Denison) from Crime Story was in love with me and was trying to get me to go with him! Damn was he persistent! I don't think he's very cute, and he's a total slimeball, but I dunno, something about a dangerous guy...what am I thinking!! o_O

Hello Puppy

Yesterday or the day before that, I dreamed that we bought a beagle puppy and brought it home. I was afraid of conflict between it and the cat--what were we doing buying a beagle puppy now, of all times? The two were a bit wary of each other at first, but it appeared to be working out. It was daytime and it seems as if the dog were sitting on top of the rat cage (the cat does that in real life and they stare at each other), but they weren't fighting, at least. I may also have been worried about what Dad would think, but I can't recall any conflict.

Lithgow The Lunatic

Last night I dreamed that Ma, Mya I believe, and myself were going to go watch a movie in town. We ended up in a town a lot different from my own (daytime, overcast, vaguely like Petoskey), and walked down this sidewalk on the right side (perhaps down some steps?) to get to the theater. We went inside and it was sunken down with descending seats, like in bleachers (an amphitheater again!), only it was carpeted steps perhaps with seats built onto them. Red carpeting, cloth(?)-covered walls good for acoustics. Perhaps the room was round or close to it. Warm yellow lighting, dim around the walls and sides of the room but brighter in the middle. We looked around for a good seat and I had some trouble. First, Ma selected a seat on the left and there was a guy sitting between us so I didn't want to sit there. Then she selected another seat and there was a guy in front of me with big hair or a big head and I couldn't see the screen! I was pointing him out to Ma and protesting as quietly as I could but she wasn't listening or else didn't want to get it. The man may have sat down further in his seat or moved or else we moved (I think he just moved his head) and I could then see the screen, but later on it seemed we were closer to the front (we were near the middle at first; we'd entered on the right, but were looking for a seat near the left).

The movie started, but it was almost like watching commercials; everybody was casual, the lights never went off, and people may have been talking. Nobody thought twice about it. It was some strange movie with John Lithgow and he was speaking French in one part, and nobody could understand what he was saying. I have the feeling it was supposed to be like the special Don Quixote they aired a while back on TNT or some such, as he was acting rather nuts, was dressed shabbily, and it seemed to take place in olden times; there may have been a tall building he stood upon out in the country, like a windmill. It was overcast in the movie as well. John Lithgow was gesticulating and acting all melodramatic, and then he'd spout something out in French and I'd cock my head and murmur, "I wish they'd tried some subtitling so I knew what's going on." We kept sitting there trying to figure it out but we had to go mostly by sight alone. Poor move on the moviemakers' part. Perhaps that was why nobody was paying much attention. We couldn't get what was happening!
